CANCELLATION POLICIES
Classes and Workshops
- If a student cancels up to 7 days before the workshop begins, JCA will issue a full refund minus any credit card fees.
- If a student cancels up to 6 - 2 days before the workshop begins, JCA will issue a partial refund (one-half of the cost).
- No refunds will be issued for a no-show OR if a student cancels less than 48 hours before the workshop start date.
- Should the instructor cancel for any reason, JCA will attempt to hold a make-up session. If a make up session can not be scheduled JCA will issue a full refund minus any credit card fees.
Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather. When Region 15 school district closes for snow, JCA will also be closed for classes and/or workshops. Based on schedule availability, JCA will attempt to hold a make-up session.
